1. Who we are
Tryutilo is a free website offering online tools. If you have a question about privacy, write to us at tryutilo.info@gmail.com.
2. Hosting and server log files
When you open a page, our hosting provider receives technically necessary data such as your IP address, the date and time, the requested page and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only for as long as needed for this purpose.
3. Processing of your files
Images and text that you use in our tools are processed exclusively and locally in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored.
4. Cookies and consent
We use technically necessary cookies. Cookies for advertising are used only with your consent, where the law requires it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
5. Advertising
The free tools may be funded by advertising from third-party providers such as Google AdSense. With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), cookies may be set and personalized ads may be shown. Without consent, only non-personalized ads are shown. The advertising provider's own privacy policy explains how it handles data.
6. Contact
When you write to us by email or through the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once your request has been handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access to your stored data (Art. 15)
- Rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21)
- Withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
8. Changes
We update this privacy policy when our website or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
